Mobile seedbed: Greenhouse seedbed acceptance standard!

Appearance inspection:

First,the greenhouse seedling bed is arranged in neat, high and low, and the line of the line is no more than 15mmmm. The appearance of the seedling bed shall not have obvious appearance and quality defects.

Second,by rotating the handwheel mobile table, the operating channel of 600mm can be produced between the two beds, and the channel error is not more than the same as 50mmmm.

Third,the workbench shall not interfere with the vertical column, heating and its facilities surrounding the greenhouse.

Individual seedbed inspection shall meet the following conditions:

1.There shall be no burr around the seedbed worktable.

2.The width error of the whole seedbed shall not exceed 10mm.

3.The rotating handle should be flexible and the worktable should move smoothly.

4. Load test, according to the model of the greenhouse, each model is randomly drawn for the following load test; Static load test: according to the seedbed area, according to 500N per square meter, load the seedbed for 24 hours and then unload it. The seedbed should not have obvious deformation in appearance.

5. Anti-tipping test: with the center line of the worktable as the boundary, the load of 100N per square meter is added to one side, and then the hand wheel is turned to move the two bottom positions of the worktable respectively, and the worktable shall not tip over.
