The Characteristics of PC Board Greenhouse

1.Light transmittance: The highest light transmittance of PC board can reach 89%, which can be compared with glass. UV coated board in the sun will not produce yellow, atomization, poor light transmission, ten years after the loss of light is only 6%, PVC loss rate is as high as 15%-20%, glass fiber is 12%-20%.

2. Impact resistance: impact strength is 250-300 times of ordinary glass, 30 times of the same thickness of acrylic plate, 2-20 times of toughened glass, with 3 kg hammer two meters below the fall without cracks, there is "no broken glass" and "ring steel" reputation.

3. Anti-ultraviolet: PC board is coated with anti-ultraviolet (UV) coating, the other side has anti-condensation treatment, set anti-ultraviolet, heat insulation and anti-dew function in one. It can prevent ultraviolet rays from passing through and is suitable for protecting valuable artworks and exhibits from ultraviolet rays.

4. Light weight: the proportion is only half of the glass, saving the cost of transportation, lifting, installation and supporting frame.

5. Flame retardant: national standard GB50222-95 confirmed, PC board for flame retardant level, namely B1 level. PC board ignition point is 580 degrees Celsius, from the fire after the self-extinguish, burning will not produce toxic gas, will not contribute to the spread of the fire.

6. Bendability: according to the design drawing in the site using cold bending, installation into arch, semicircle roof and window. The minimum bending radius is 175 times the thickness of the plate, which can also be hot bending.

7. Sound insulation: PC board sound insulation effect is obvious, than the same thickness of glass and a force plate has better sound insulation, under the condition of the same thickness, the sound insulation of PC board than glass increased 3-4 decibels. It is the preferred material for highway noise barrier in the world.

8. Energy saving: summer cooling, winter insulation, PC board has lower than ordinary glass and other plastic thermal conductivity (K value), thermal insulation effect than the same glass 7%-25%, PC board heat insulation up to 49%. So that the heat loss is greatly reduced, used in buildings with heating equipment, is environmentally friendly material.

9. Temperature adaptability: PC board at -100 degrees does not occur cold and brittle, at 135 degrees does not soften, in the harsh environment of its mechanics, mechanical properties are not significantly changed.

10. Weather resistance: PC board can be in the range of -40 degrees to 120 degrees to maintain the stability of the physical indicators. In the artificial climate aging test for 4000 hours, the yellowness was 2%, and the light transmittance reduction value was only 0.6%.

11. Anti-condensation: outdoor temperature is 0 degrees, indoor temperature is 23 degrees, indoor relative humidity is lower than 80%, the inner surface of the material does not condensation.
